The grill has unique V-shaped channels and the plate features a cambered designed.

The three high performance burners can be fired up quickly and independently by the quartz start ignition system. Stainless steel vaporisers located over the burners reduce both heat loss and flare-ups, and, placed underneath and between the burners, are reflectors that ensure evenly distributed maximum heat. 

Made from mild steel with a scratch resistant finish, the insulated roasting hood has a large glass viewing window so that you can watch the cooking process and an integral temperature gauge. Once the food is ready it can be kept hot on the warming rack.
